Project Description: Tesoro Viejo is a residential community modeled after a small town, with a main street running through the town center. At the apex of it all, is the grand Welcome Center which captures a sought-after neighborhood feel.  Hollow metal just wouldn’t cut it for the design team at Creative License International. The warm and attractive look of these custom wood frames, casing, and sidelites manufactured by Grandoor Frames are a testament to how every detail mattered on this project. This is a Welcome Center that lives up to its name and more!
